Hi,

New to satellite world, please excuse the following lame question, If I purchase a second hand sky blue card will it work in a freeview receiver (technomate 1500). I just want to view ftv channels such as C4 etc which are currently scrambled. Located NW Ireland. Thanks.

You have your terms all mixed up.

FreeView is the DTT system used via the transmitter network. A Technomate 1500 is a satellite receiver.

A Sky card will not work in a Technomate 1500 unless you put a Dragon/TRex cam in it
