My Sky+ Box seems very slow changing channels and returning from active, compared to my other digibox which is much older does anybody have the same problem or does anybody have any suggestions?

Hi, I've noticed that my box has been a little slower since the new software when my harddrive space is under 20%. When I use back up to exit watching a recording the picture first freezes for a short time and then goes back into the SKY+ planner in slow motion. Dont know if its only a coincidence but as I said it only seems to do this when I have 20% or less space.
