sky cards

Hi guys, i need an old deactivated sky card, or a freesat card, as my mum wants to watch channel4 and other free to view channels which are not free to air. Ive noticed there are not any on ebay nowadays (i saw one). Is anyone selling or got one spare at all? i would appreciate it.

Hi daft...
I've got one that was never activated..probably no good but I dont need it...was meant for my wifes cousin in Manchester (I'm in Dublin)...bought it for an old sky box I had but sold on..I cant remember the box number if you did need it..but your welcome to the card.

The reason theres none on ebay is simple - Sky asked for such sales to be withdrawn. The small print in the subscription contracts says that the cards are Sky's property at all times, so in effect anyone trying to flog one is selling stolen property!

I think that because the card was never activated it will not get ch4 or 5.A de-activated subscription card will.
