Sky Channels with any digital receiver??Pls help

Hi Guys,
I would like to know as follows:
considering central Italy as anstallation point, if I point a suitablly sized dish ex, 1.20 to astra 28.2, (don't bother about astra 2D), which sky channels including radio channels, will i be capable to receive in the clear, if any, using a digital receiver that is NOT a sky box?
