anyone point me to somewhere in england or spain to get one coz three minutes on hold with sky muzak is costing me to activate customers ftv white cards

I dont think they work anymore.
they stopped working a few years ago when Sky changed their phone systems.

Why not use skype and after paying for some call time they will only be 0.1 pence per minute to the sky landline and they will not be able to trace your call either. The other bonus is that skype to skype calls are free

If you can find a normal UK number for Sky c/s (beginning 01, 02 or 03) then simply dial one of the access numbers shown on the link below and the call is charged at the lines normal national rate (normally free unless there is no ADSL on the line). There is often a number available on SayNoTo0870 - they are currently reporting 020 7126 7020 as a working number on their forum.

Can confirm that 020 7126 7020 and 0800 0466434 both work which is good if you can call uk freephone numbers using a sip line to call as theyre free to call no matter where you are in the world

I think its either sipgate.co.uk - *you need to use proxies to fake a uk ip to get a uk 01/02 number or they will give you an 084/087 number* - or sip2sip.info that give you free calls to 0800 numbers, you must do the 0044 and miss the 1st 0 from the phone number just as if you where calling from a spanish landline and you use a softphone on a pc with a mic and speakers or headset to make the call (a bonus is, with sipgate, you get the uk landline number so friends/family in the uk can call using their free minutes)

the number given by SKY 00448442411602 dont work on cheap access numbers BUT this gives me direct acess to FREESAT personal ,so what dept do i want when i ring ...

I just called the 0800 number and when it asked for my telephone number I pressed 0, then when it said "I`m sorry I didn`t get that" I pressed 0 again, then I chose the option to say my TV wasnt working and got through to a guy in Scotland, I asked him for the number for Freesat from Sky and he said that he can put me through now, I explained I didn`t have the card with me as it was at my grans and I was at work and the guy said just ring back and choose the options I chose to get through to him (tv faults) and to ask for Freesat and the opperator will put me through

So it looks lie you just choose TV faults or any other option thats going to get an opperator and ask for Freesat and they will put you through

Just use SecurityKissTunnel (-www.securitykiss.com) to temporarily get a UK IP address in order to register with Sipgate. Both are free :-)
