Dear All,

I am new member and I will appreciate if you can help me.I subscribe to Sky and would like to know following.

a. Frequencies, FEC and Polrisation for all Channels so that I can tune them.
B. I have been given a ananlogue dish controller, can I hook up to a 80-100cm dish with a digital LNB and connect it to my second Sky box? inorder to point at one given time to satelites between 0 to 180 degrees.

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

If you are using a sky digibox, it should find all Sky channels available plus FTA channels which have paid to be included on the EPG.

With regard to the positioner, if it is an independent unit, then you can use it with any receiver to receive satellites normally within 50 or 60 degrees to either side of Due South, but it will depend on the motor's limitations and the available line of sight.

The Sky digibox only has very limited potential for non-Sky viewing with limited channel storage, you may find it better to invest in a standard receiver for these other satellites.
