Hi guys.

Im moving house in the next month or so with no sat dish installed. At my current house ive got basic sky package and use fky f5 box for the rest. Now i was thinking about getting rid of sky altogether and just using the f5 box. Now just been browsing ebay and seen i can pick up a sky disk kit for £25 is this ok?

Yes indeed: Presumably it is a dish, LNB, cable, clips etc package?

Shop around as you might trim a few squid off .................

If you are in the northern half of the UK get a zone 2 dish instead.

If you don't have some kind of sat finder you'll need to be able to see the TV screen to check the signal levels. You can't "guess" where a satellite is unless you are very lucky. Nudge the dish few mm left/right/up/down and you'll get nothing or the wrong satellite as there are a number of different ones all floating around next to each other.

Think I'll pick up a sat finder. Can you recommend a decent one for a decent price?
