Basically, I have a Sky+ box and a Freesat box; I want to connect them in my new house and send the signal around the cat5 cabling that I will have there.

Ideally, I'd want to serve 2-3 ports with Sky+ and 1-2 ports with Freesat.

I would like DD support if possible.

What am I looking at?

I am not strictly limited to cat5 so what other solutions do I have? I assume I am looking at a variety of distribution amps.

I do want DD and don't want to use RF.

Steering comments welcome :)

some nice options there and of course, as I have cat5 planned for every room so some of the kit listed there would allow me an excellent level of flexibility :)

Missing remote control feedback to the box mind....if only I did not junk the one I found which seemed to be akin to a wireless sender but using ethernet rather than wires... :(
