sky freesat problems

Hello all
I have just got my friend skysat in finland, he has a sky box and skysat card which i registered to his sky box today with no problems. The problem occures when we try and watch the irish E4 and E4+1, we can not pick up the english one in finland so on my sky package i tune into the irish one and watch it no problem. How can we solve this?
 
there are no "Irish freesat" channels, so your friend will never be able to open the Irish E4(+1) channels with his freesat card.
I suppose you have an Irish subscription card, otherwise you shouldn't be able to get these Irish E4(+1) channels either.
 
No just the normal UK one in the northwest, i can also watch the irish sky sports 1 when the weather is bad and i cant get the uk one?
 
sure that's not a Northern Ireland card, as these give access to both the UK and the Irish channels. If not, well, your guess is as good as mine .....

The Irish versions of E4 / +1 are subscription level services. They wont work on an ftv card. He would either have to put a bigger dish up for the uk services or sub.
