I just join 3 weeks ago sky full packet and nearly every couple day the box look up black tv screen no response from the remote control and to switch off need to unplug from the main plug, anyone have the same problem, why this happen from a new box. THANKS

As a new Customer, you clearly aren't getting what you signed up for, so best to call BSkyB and get them to resolve the matter.
With regard to the cause, it sounds like the "new" Box is faulty. It is not beyond the bounds of possibility that the Installer has fobbed you off with a Box that isn't exactly new.

Yep, sounds much like a faulty receiver.
