:-Welcome1

If you want to watch the BBC channels then they broadcast on Astra 2D at 28.2 East which has a tight footprint over the UK.

You can check the dish size needed here...

Most other S*y channels should be OK with a 50cm + dish size.

Hi Daviesael - I have deleted your duplicate question.

It can be confusing when two threads, with the same question, are running at the same time.

Also check out www.astra2d.com to see if there are any reports of actual dish size needed from people near you :)

Cool - it's a 1mtr offset. Threre are LOTS of LNB' to choose from that will fit your dish.
Depends what you want to spend. I use an MTI 0.3db which is a good performer, or you could consider a Titanium 0.2db or an Invacom 0.3db all very good for the job you want.

Google for any of those and have a look at pricing and availability in your area.

Yes - Quattro LNB's are for multiple reciever systems. You probably just need the single.

If it's a German advert, they sometimes call what we call a quad a quattro, so you need to check or link here to the LNB description. If you are considering a second receiver or a twin tuner receiver, then a multiple output LNB might be a good option.
