hello there i have the same problem as hockleycolbran writes )(-red
i also got the sky card from storesatellite.com last monday
the new white one, i also try to write to then, at storesatellite.com but they don't answer me :mad: today it's almost 6 days ago i got the card and it's not working at all :mad: need some advice i also sendt a pictures to then and also i try to call then with not luck
Any ideas , or help will be nice
my sky hd box is running with
Version no: 4E3004
EPG version: Sky+8.3.2
