Hi There

Apologies if this is a very basic question but I'm still new to this and would really appreciate some help. I've got an official Sky Italia receiver & card and it's worked fine for the past 5-6 months. Over the past week I keep getting the message below (which I've translated)

no signal from dish

you should detach and reattach the power plug

if the problem persists, call service clietni

I've tried resetting which sometimes works but the problem always comes back.

I assume the problem is with my set up rather than the card but any ideas what the problem is most likely to be ?

Could be dish alignment, perhaps something in the line of sight, or could be a fault with the receiver, from what you describe, it leans toward the receiver.

Could be a faulty receiver but could also be as simple as a loose f connector. Double check that the cable from the dish is connected properly.
What make/model is your box?
