You'll have to use an agent. Be prepared to pay a years subscription in advance, an agents fee etc. loads of guys do it here in Italy.

Do you have an italia NDS box already? If you're being sent a seca card, it will become useless around the end of the year when italia stop using seca encryption

Yes,i have a NDS box.(pace2600),cost195Euro,s.
 
not only that but the big card change may soon be coming a bit faster,
As seen as though Sky Italia, it's all been hacked !
