where can i get a sky italia subscription card or can i unlock the calcio channels on hotbird 13. east? if anybody could help i would be most grateful.

You certainly cant unlock Sky Italia channels. The best way to get a subs is to use any contacts in Italy. If you dont have any, then you will have to use a 3rd party reseller - and no doubt pay over the odds for it.
