is it possible to view sky in diffrent rooms in the house and view diffrent channels without paying the £10 a month

Nope... :)

The only other way to watch sky in another room is to have coax cables coming from the main box going to the other TV(s) and using a Magic Eye to control the box, but that means you have to watch what the people in the main room are watching or vice versa... :)
