SKY On-Demand: 4OD, when?

SKY tell us (Channel 998) that 4OD will be available "On Demand" in 2013.
Does anyone know WHEN in 2013?

I think the best answer you will get atm is still "2013"
 
Apparently there is now a placeholder on relevant Sky boxes saying coming "Spring 2013"
 
I see in the "SKY News On-Line" that 4OD "On Demand Catch Up" is starting
on Monday 18th March, 2013.
