my friend is thinking about buying a second hand sky plus box to watch the free channels.
he was also talking about putting a bigger hard drive in it.
ive got sky plus on a contract and ive heard you cant use sky plus without a contract. is this true?
thats what i thought, he'll be dissappointed.
how does the box not allow you to use the hard drive even if youve paid for the box?
or what happens if youve had a contract and decided not to renew it?
Dont knock VHS - I dug out some old tapes the best part of 20 years old a few weeks ago, and they play just fine. I bet you will struggle to find a player for your BluRay DVD's 20 years from now things change so fast
ive been talking this over with my mate.
the thing is i quite fancy fitting a bigger hd, ive only got 40gb.
can anyone point me in the right direction ?
can you recommend a good site to but from?
is it a standard ide hd or are they formatted specially?
