I am having problems receiving Sky TV in Mallorca. I am using a 1.3m offcenter focus dish and some times it works great and sometimes I have signal problems on most channels. This is not related to rain fade but occurs in perfect weather with clear skies. Has anyone experienced this issue and also what is the best LNB I can use to get the best possible signal since I don't have any room for a larger antenna.

Could be several causes - a miniscule drop in downlink power caused by heavy rain at the uplink stations, local interfence, the lnb drifting out of tolerance on warm days, atmospheric conditions (especially high humidity) etc etc.
At the end of the day your dish is on the limit for satisfactory reception and you really should be thinking of a bigger dish.
