I asume this is a hoax as I cant find anywhere the file they are talking about.

can anyone shed any light on it for me

I would love to be able to watch itv etc on the same receiver (pc card)

This is just some twit trying to get new members to his forum and not caring what he has to say to do it. Have killed the link, as we are not going to provide him with his membership.
