Skybox F3 HD blind scan?

Does it have a blind scan,searched around and for some reason i cant find anything about it or maybe i'm misinterpreting the info,please help!

Yes just read the thread, purchased one from fleabay, just think that although the icecrypt HD3500cci is a really nice bit of kit, my old technomate is more sensitive than the icecrypt. And for 50 quid its a bargain i feel.
