Hi Guys!

I got yesterday a panasonic skydigibox and i want to use it for Astra and hotbird(19.2 & 13°E), but i don´t know how to use. I need some help, plz.

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

The Sky digibox has no DiseqC switching and limited symbol rates for channels other than those on Astra 28.2, so you probably won't have a lot of success on the Hotbird satellite. What is your dish setup, as you say you have a dreambox in your profile.

i live in germany and have discq for both satellite. I thought it would go.

I would be inclined to use the digibox solely for Astra 28.2 and use another receiver for Hotbird.

Top
