Skystar2 - keys - how & what to do?

Help everyone! don't really understand this. How do you input keys etc for skystar2? have found sites with keys (Don't worry, won't be listing anything here!) but haven't a clue how to use them. Am running s2emu if that helps.

just copy softcam.key into your program folder

Hi Rossy, have got softcam.key in the plugins folder. Don't understand what "\key into" means? When you open the info window in s2emu it shows keys etc and often says invalid key but don't know if you can edit or add new keys?

yes u can edit your soft cam by a soft cam editor add keys, delete keys and more.....!

You drop the softcam into the root directory of your Skystar viewing software

Please no one get me wrong, I really appreciate any help, but as a semi-rookie I just cannot understand things when they are abbreviated. It really would help if folk could give a clear step by step idea of what to do as it can get quite confusing.
