Skystart 2 remote & AltDVB

Skystar 2
AMD Opteron 165 CPU
My Location
Canada
Anyone have some guidance with using the Skystar 2 remote with AltDVB? I'm presently using v2.1 of AltDVB and it works great but having the remote work would make it that much better.
 
Been there, tried them all, none of the modules give stable results, the easiest way is to get a remote keyboard as I have.
Unless there is someone out there who has done it, but won't share.

I guess could get a 3rd party remote & map keyboard hotkey macro's to the buttons. Is this possible??
