Assuming this is not related to your other virtually identical question HERE, the only difference I can think of is that there is an SL-65T, for terrestrial, but it is marked with the T on the model, so the "SL-65" and "SL-65 DVB-S" are the same thing... ;)
There is the SL-65/12, which is the camping version, but again, it's a satellite receiver...
