Hi can anyone help?
My Slingbox Pro HD stopped working some months ago. I just sorted the issue by buying a new power supply and the lights on the front are now all status normal. The problem is that I cannot get the SlingplayerforWeb software to update the setup/configuration on the Slingbox device. It downloads 25% and then crashes repeatedly.
I did perform a "hard reset" on the Slingbox when then new power supply arrived.
Can anyone advise? I live in Cork, Ireland
