can anyone helpme, is it possibleto clone a smart card and what do i need to do that?

Well in answer to your three questions it is a case of

Yes......No.......Nothing :-DOH2 :)
 
It used to be possible a long time ago and several encryption versions back, but now the cards and encryptions are so complex, that even when hacked, to copy the card is near impossible.
