Smartcard reader+Cam

Does anyone here have a working db 5620 with an original card in the embeded reader and another original card in a cam at the CI?
When I insert the cam it stops reading from the embeded smartcard reader.
I tried with newcamd (5.28 & 6.01) and with camd.
