Which of you also uses SmartDVB.
I've been having problems since yesterday, he scans the channels and saves them. But that's it.

A question ; with which program should I open a dll or an ax. now I open it with Google or Internet, which is not good.

Why do you need to "open" a .dll file? It's not really possible, they can be decompiled but somehow I don't think that will help you.

He probably wants to register filters.ax. If so, go to SmartDVB->Filters->registerfilters; for that, you need to click right to Run as administrator.
