i don't know how can i unplug my reciever before uploading it, so every time i lost my channel list & have to search for them again....

Hi - I'm new here - can anyone tell me or guide me in how to change a channel list in a Humax 5400Z Plus! ..... I tried the conventional way using null modem cable as I do with the other Humax 5400z but it the PLUS! does not receive a data into it, I'm using SEOak to upload the list, it does download the current embedded list BUT does not upload a new one.

I need to know what software should I use to change and patch the Humax 5400ZPlus - especially using HoT and key.bin files

Pick your receiver from the drop down list :

you need the loader s/w - which connects the computer to the receiver and effects the transfer.

Then - this is the most recent official s/w for our receiver:

"Receiver Update Software
Name Version Date
TM-5500CI SUPER
UPGRADING SOTWARE FOR TM-5500CI PLUS INH208A CI-107 24-Aug-04"

This WILL NOT open scrambled channels as its official s/w.

To be honest if you dont know what you are doing, you shouldnt be trying to flash your receiver. You could easily ruin it.
