Whilst the chipset reference seems familiar I am not sure what it is you are asking for. Are you asking which unofficial patch?, what are you trying to open. We may not be able to help you from a European forum as we cannot see the satellites you can and are therefore unfamiliar with your 'local' as it were requirements
