Software for scrambled channels

I have a digital receiver TECHNOSAT T-6700P .
HOW CAN I USING THE INTERNET CONNECTION TO UPLOAD ALL CODES FOR SCRAMBLES CHANNELS ? IT MEANS DIRECTLY IN MY RECEIVER (using the serial kabel 232 ) .WHAT FOR SOFTWARE I NEED AND HOW CANN I USE IT ?
PLEASE WRITE SOME INSTRUCTION ABOUT THIS .
