Does anyone have an idea of how I may upgrade/update software for Strong Satellite Receiver Model SRT 4653X.

Kindly provide download links etc.

Links on Strong website are not valid win32 applications and have a strange file format .stb
 
Thats an old model and official support for it was dropped a long time ago.

I would say you are out of touch, there is almost nothing opening with codes these day
