some channels 100% snr others not

hi guys i have a dm800hd with the alps bsbe2 tuner using usuals i have a motorised system and can recieve all sats from 30w to 42 east bbc1 on 28.2 is 100% but sky comedy is 84% the problem is the channels that are 84% and there about are breaking up i did think it was hd channels at first but the problem seems to be with the low snr the ecm times are 0.602 other channels with higher snr are perfect
i have been on positioner set up and cant increase the signal any more

could any one suggest how to fix this
 
84% should be fine for almost any receiver.

Are you on a card share and is it just the pay channels that are breaking up?
 
hi mate its on all channels not just pay channels just noticed that on itv the snr is 100% and its still breaking up no and again
 
If its snowing in your area you might be getting snow build up on the dish arm. All my lnb's are now wearing big fluffy hats of snow due to the insane weather up here and every so often I have to go outside and clear the lnb faces.
 
would a better quality lnb increase the snr of the poor channels it is rather old
also is it the long or lat that you can tweak for better signal
 
You can adjust the long to TRY and better the signal.
 
i wiil try that dont understand why itv is breaking up and the snr is 100% ber 0 agc 98
think i will plug the mini dish in see what happens
