Some Questions

Im not sure if this is the right section but here goes..

I want to get a system set up so i can recive both greek and italian channels but since im new to this im not sure how to get started.
Some of my questions may not be relevant but i will ask anyway (just in case)

What satelites will i need to set the dish to?
Will i need cam's in the reciver and what ones?
and will i have to patch the box?

Im thinking of getting a technomate reciver but im not sure what model to get.

Have a look at this web-site http://www.lyngsat.com/ and select each country and then you can see what channels are being shown by each country.
It will also show you what sat's they are on, and also check both free-to air and encrypted channels.
