Does anybody know how to configure tv so that I can utilise 2 separate cables coming from 2 dishes and input them into the twin sat tuners inside tv ?

Do I need a disecq switch ?
 
Can you please psot the model number, of your television.

The tv has a twin tuner. One labelled main and the other sub.
28 east connected to main and 13 east connected to sub.

I believe the tv has " disecq control" listed in the software options.
However I assume that a disecq switch is required to be controlled by the tuners.

Otherwise, how will the tv switch between 28 and 13 east...?
Has anybody set up a tv with twin tuner with 2 Lnb's ?
 
If the TV has a twin tuner, it will have two inputs on the rear, in which case the menu will show two inputs (sat 1 and sat 2).

You should not need DiSEqC control, except the protocol required to move the dish if it is motorised.
 
Did you check the link?
It looks like you just set the tuners to the satellites they are connected to.
Do you know the televisions model number?
