Sony PXW-Z150 4K XDCAM & SDI over fibre separate audio

Hello,

I'm planning to use PXW-Z150 for live event, I would transfer output with sdi over fiber extender, but here is a thing - audio comes as ancillary data, how can I separate it to analog audio?

I'm afraid this is most likely not the right forum.
This is a TV satellite enthusiast's forum, not really about pro AV equipment.
(And even though I did work for Sony Professional at one stage, it's way out of my domain. Sorry.)
