Sony Tv Kv-14lt1 - Help Needed

I had donated a Sony TV KV-14LT1. It did not scan any channels in that country. TV technician wanted a Service Manual to make it working.

Any help will be much appreciated.

If you mean a user manual, here's one for the KV-14LT1/U -

Scanning for channels depends on the country it originated from, and which country it is to be used in. Check the scanning section to see if it is able to receive the TV system used in that country (PAL versions, SECAM etc.)

User Manual will not solve the problem.

They are looking for a service manual that will give diagram of the circuit board. They may adjust the frequency to suit that country.

Here's the diagram for the circuitry concerned. Tuner TU101 and associated components will most likely have to be changed/ modified (if you can source the parts) depending on which version of the receiver you have.
