Is any one else experiencing a problem with the sound on hd recordings.

I've noticed it on bbc 2 hd and bt sport hd channel recordings.

On play back the sound stops and starts and it's getting rather annoying.

I'm having to delete the recordings and watch on on demand apps on my phone/tablet.

I've tried forcing new firmware to the sky box in case there is a fix but after 3 tries nothing updated.

Just watching channels is fine, signal levels are fine.

I've tried a planner rebuild etc.

It's just one thing after another with these crappy receivers.

My motorised receivers never any issue.

I've looked on places like digital spy and can't see if its a known issue or not.

I found I had the same problem with av amp. Had to buy a new amp to solve it.

I was told it was todo with the Dolby version the programe is giving out.

My receiver isn't connected to an amp just straight to tv via hdmi cable.

Channel hopper, it's a Amsterd drx780 with upgraded a/v hard disc.

I know I'll have to replace it at some point but it had been working fine until sky started messing around with the firmware.
