Hope they have built in security and guard against anti-social DDOS attacks, the terrestrial internet is terrible at the moment

Reading through the article, the FCC has approved a lot of new frequencies to irradiate the planet from low orbit, suggesting there will be a techology escalation on both antenna designs and foil underpant shielding.
