Spain - SKY+ Card ownership - HELP

I have Sky + and use a card sold to me by a local agent in the Alicante area. Each month my UK bank account is debit to Sky Digital.
Last year I asked my agent to upgrade my package to include Sky Sports. This did not happen despite my continually ringing him etc.
He has now done a magical dissappearing act and his phones are all dead.
Problem is I do not know who to contact in the UK to upgrade my package nor can I ring Sky to do it as they will just cut me off as I do not know the card holders address.
Does anyone know how I can find out from the card number who the holder is?
OR does it mean I have to buy a new card and run the same risk over again - of the seller doing a runner and me not knowing who the holder is in the UK??
 
Only sky can tell you who the account holder is! :D

Quite possibly.

There have been all sorts of rumours about clampdowns on grey market Cards and it's anyone's guess what has happened to your Agent.

What a shame we still have this crazy protectionism within what is, on a macroscopic level, supposed to be a free Market.
