Spam filter specific languages

I am getting a lot of spam messages mainly in Chines and Russian.
About 30-50 a day.
Just wondering if it is possible to filter these messages at the ISP level, so that they would not store in my mail inbox, without extra payment to the ISP.
This way when I get my mail, it will be only English spam.

No seriously, I was plagued with spam too until recently and complained bitterly to BTyahoo for many years, anyhow a recent upgrade to their system seems to have reduced it from 500 per day down to 10 per day. I have had however to put some filtering systems in on their server to eliminate the spam coming to me with other people's names on. I do not know what systems your ISP (I assume Netvision) has in place, but it may be worth checking out. I can bounce anything sent from an address, a specific person, or containing a key word, a specific subject word and filter to the bin. I have to say I have not heard of anyone able to filter out a specific language though.

English Spam?

I think you'll find the vast majority is American in origin!

BTW, have you tried Mailwasher ?

It's free, intuitive and pretty effective.
