Spanish free to air channels

Can anyone reccomend a sat system for spanish fta channels, was thinking of maybe 19east with 30 west or sumthing like that. location for this is the uk.
 
I'm slightly perplexed - your User Profile suggests you already have 13E and 30W FTA capability?

Am I missing something?
 
You will not find the likes of TVE1 or 2, or other "TDT" / Spanish mainstream channels FTA on the satellites...

The only FTA Spanish TV channels are:
TV Canaria Digital +
TV de Galicia Europav
Canal Extremadura TV
TeleMadrid Sat
Andalucia TV
TV 3 Cat
Canal 24 Horas
TVE Internacional Europe
and a few others...the latter (TVEi) being FTA on hotbird only at the moment.

If you want the "National" channels, and as you are in the uk, then you need subscribe to Canal+...or see if someone can get you a "TDT para satellite" setup, which will get you access, via Hispasat, access to most of the TDT / national channels.

13º East Hot Bird + 19,2º East Astra (1 dish 2 LNBs)

OR

13º East Hot Bird + 19,2º East Astra + 30º West Hispasat (2 dish 3 LNBs)

Hi, yes thats in my spanish apt, got a local installer there to put them up for me, im into satellite tv systems and have a few spanish friends in the uk who asked me can they get it,

Do you mean a 80 cm dish with a 6 deg monoblock lnb, will that work right?
 
Yes, here an 80cm with monobloc will be fine; over there, at least a 100cm with offset bracket.

I think the best option is to subscribe to Digital + (also know as Canal +) in Spain and take the receiver and card to UK. A Digital + subscription is activated to Hispasat or Astra, not both simultaneously.

Because it's not easy to get the "TDT para satélite" receiver (not for sale to individuals only through authorized installers in national areas without terrestrial coverage.), and the FTA Spanish channels are not very attractive.

FTA spanish channels only on 13º East Hot Bird:
· TVE Internacional
· Canal 24 Horas

FTA spanish channels only on 19,2º East Astra:
· Extremadura Sat
· TV Galicia
· ETB Sat (Basque Country)

FTA spanish channels on 19,2º East Astra and 30º West Hispasat:
· Telemadrid
· Andalucia TV
· TV Canarias Sat
· TV3 Cat (Catalonia)

FTA spanish channels only on 30º West Hispasat:
· Parlamentario
· Senado
· Popular TV
