Spaun 211f / Diseqc 1.1 issues

Guys,

I'm at my brothers house for the weekend setting up a multi sat solution for him. I Have managed to tune in 9,13 and 16 on a Triax 110D and have a separate feed frmo a Sly minidish for 28e. Thing are too far apart to allow me to use the same diseqc switch so I am trying to use a Spaun 211F to bring both cables together but I am struggling to get it all configured in my dreambox.

I have sucessfully tuned all 3 birds from the Triax when using Uncommitted switch 1 and equally, I can also find Sly using the same uncommitted switch 1 input on the Spaun. What I cannot do is get anything via uncommitted switch 2. I have assumed that I can use all the same settings I used via uncommitted switch 1 for the second input on the Spaun (apart from changing it to uncommitted switch 2 of course) but I cant get anything through that port (cannot get a lock - singal never rises above 50% and no SNR).

Does anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong? I'm currently thinking the switch is broken but wanted to check in case I missed something obvious.

Have you tried putting any Diseqc repeats in? May not get it working, but something easy to try. Though it does sound like a problem with the uncommitted switch, I take it that you are controlling it with Diseqc 1.1.

Just tried adding Disecq repeats but no change so it seems like a broken switch which is annoying. Going send it back and hope the replacement work. So much for getting a good one to avoid any issues!
