Spider home plugs 200mb

I have 2 spider home plugs sold as seen no returns comes with the 2 leads they look like new must say i have not tryed them so no returns £25 + £5 p/p they do not come in the box

Do they have mains pass through?

used they plug in the mains socket

I can see from the photo that they don't have mains pass-through.
