My Satellite Setup

Sportitalia and Sportitalia 2 again at 12.5W, 12515H/17455, FTA.
 
Trying to locate Sportitalia 1 and 2... reported as FTA on 12718H/36510 on 12.5W but unable to find a 'stable' signal. I note that the Lyngsat system encryption field refers to DVB-S2 and "streams 33 34 and 35" does this perhaps mean that the channels listed are only available on-line? interestingly the signal meter on my Simba goes crazy showing values between 0 and 99...! but it won't capture the channels on that frequency..I can get various others eg Calcio 24 and KTO no problems.
Any ideas anyone?
 
They are not available on normal hobby equipment due to the multi stream technologies being used. You might have some luck with a PCI card like the card staff memeber Llew uses. Have a look through this section

Thanks for your prompt response Analoguesat ...I am new to this particular subject but having read some posts on your suggested section already I can see what my weekend holds. ! I note that here are some of these TBS units on Amazon and will research this also..
