Star Sat SR-X650CI Super Receiver - Need Help

Hi All,

I have recently purchased a Star Sat SR-X650CI Super Receiver. The manual that came with the receiver is terrible and does not cover all the features of the receiver. For example, I do not know the exact steps to enter the encrypted channel keys. I also do not know how to solve the problem of interrupted display every 5 seconds when I watch Nagra-encrpted channels on Hispasat.

Can anyone help with both issues?
 
Thanks a million. The site you provided is full of downloads for my receiver. I have to check them out, though, to find out how useful they really are.
