Since four months there is no any new software for star track recievers. Is this normal????????????????????????

hi i have a star track 6000 pvr
loader version: LdVer2.10
software version: STK-1071-208e
device version: DVer 1.3
model name: 6000PVR

ANY HELP AS TO WHERE TO FIND NEW FIRMWARE OR UPDATED SOFTWARE
WILL BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
