Starsat doesn't work for Telstar5?

American Emtech 100 pached with Starsat 120 software and current nagravision keys doesn't open nagravision channels from Telstar5, why? Now it is model ID E124, H/W 2.10, S/W 12.64.4 Any idea?

you should upgrade S/W version to 12.66.2 for work nagravision channel!!!
