StarSat receiver (RS-X120D) Software Update Facing Problems Need Help

I need Help,
Actually I am trying to update the software of my StarSat (RS-X120D) receiver. for the first time By self
I download the new software file from star sat website.
I prepare the RS232C Cable
I connect the receiver with my computer, and open the Loader program (emupgrade221)
emupgrade use comport1( I have only 1 comport in my computer where I connect the cable
I select the new file and start the up lode,
But the problem is
Nothing happen

Now can anybody help me & and guide me
how I can check the connectivity between Receiver and computer?
the cable is correct I check that with multimeter
Please Help me

I check the cable with multimeter
Follow the same step by step
but still nothing happen.
Here I want to tell you about my STB.
Model ID=E124
H/W Ver =2.10
S/W Ver =2.56
You can see the attachment as I select the download mode
